    I believe it is apparent at this juncture the bill include:

    1. definition of certified and specfifc tasks required to certify;
    2. Candidates are to submit specific documents which validate their eligbility, beginning with their original certificates however it needs to be termed so the evil don’t slip through a loophole again.
    3. results with supporting documentstion is to be made available to the public immediately upon determination, at anytime.
    4. Candidates will be required to be totally transparent and relinquish their rights to privacy, short of bedroom activity with his/her wife.
    5. Candidates may be subjected to public hearings as is the cabinet members

    Something like that! I think it needs to insure the State receives and makes available immediately to the individual citizens the details and documentation of each candidates credentials, backgound check, credit history, medical records etc….. certainly their birthcertificate. And, include all foresic documentations signed off by an independant forensic lab.

    Well…crazy?….Obviously what’s happening is crazy. We wouldn’t be going through this if there were clear instructions.

    Suggested mechanical corrections:

    ln 14 - add closing quote at the end of the line (quotint Art VI).

    ln 23 - the term “naturan born Citizen” (ending in ln 24) seems to have a different font (italics?) … is this intended?

    ln 68 - delete the quote mark as superflous.

    ln 69 - the word “citizen” should be initially capitalized to be consistent with the other uses from the Constitution (optional).

    Thanks for your excellent work on this critical issue. I am wondering about your stipulations for nbc listed at the end, which although I agree with completely, go beyond the simple strict definition of 2 citizen parents on US soil. Is it possible that this could lead to every state defining NBC in their own way?

    Having raised 2 children, one an NBC and one a citizen by statute ( born in Pakistan to US citizen parents), and both of whom spent significant developmental years in another culture, I am well aware that ‘third culture kids’ are a very special breed and really should not be POTUS because of divided loyalties (regardless of technical citizenship) and diluted patriotism.

    3rd culture kids are also a blessing to this country. The question as to the degree of loyalty to this nation required to be POTUS was answered by the founders, who wanted a person born on American soil to American citizens resident in the US.

    The second qualification not found in the “natural born citizen” rubric is nonetheless foundational to a natural born citizen consideration: that is, that the person is first an American citizen. BHO has yet to demonstrate that threshhold criteria (notwithstanding Bill O’Reilly’s misapprehension of the law governing birth certificates), let alone demonstrate NBC status.

    So many questions - so little disclosure.

    Have faith. This act has legs, but the timing is not yet right.

    I think the above statement says it all, no tolerance away from the U.S. Constitution, no tolerance from any of us on Ilegal immigration, no tolerance on natural born citizen issues, no tolerance on English not being mandatory. Look at all the money spent for companies to bend over backwards to print everything in severral languages. Enough is enough!! The American people need to get off their jellied spines and grow some cahunes before it is to late. If the good peole of this nation don’t stand up for the goodness and right that this country once stood for and not what “hollywood” and the liberal media portray as “the right thing to do” then we are all doomed to serfdom.
